Introducing Tanya Brischetto, our Lead Conveyancer/Director of CCQ Law. Tanya is no stranger to conveyancing having been in the industry for over 36 years. Tanya’s genuine passion for anything property is very apparent when you first speak to her. Her friendly, approachable manner helps put clients at ease during the most stressful (but exciting) transaction of their lives. Tanya’s knowledge has been gained “in the trenches” with thousands of settlements under her belt. Our clients will gain from Tanya’s vast experience when buying/selling property as Tanya treats each property as her own and goes that extra mile in each transaction. Tanya’s work ethic is “Quality over Quantity” all clients are respected, are understood and kept informed at every stage of their Contract. There is no guessing with what is happening with their Contract and no question goes unanswered. Tanya’s favourite saying is “Why is it so” (amongst other “Tanyaisms”). Tanya is also the owner/operator of Conveyancing Coaching Queensland and is making a difference in the industry with hands on training for the future up and coming conveyancers. Tanya has designed and broken down the practice of conveyancing into 15 modules which enables her to coach the whole program for newbies to the Conveyancing industry or for existing conveyancers that maybe wanting a refresher, to select the module they are needing a refresher in. Tanya is a fantastic coach and mentor with raving reviews about her knowledge and approach with the attendees. Never a dull moment in one of Tanya’s presentations.

Tanya is a wife to George and mother to adult children, Justin & Alicia. In whatever spare time she can find, Tanya enjoys being at home in the garden or scrapbooking. A keen motor sport enthusiast, you can often find Tanya at a racetrack where she was a competitor for many years but more often now a spectator. Tanya’s motto “A family that races together stays together”.
